What is the time frame to request a return after receiving an item?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What conditions must an item meet to be eligible for a return?
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How can you start a return process?
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lipleap.com. Please note that returns need to be sent to the specified return address.
What should you do if your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When will you restock Lip Leap products?

What should I do if my Lip Leap package is missing?
Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

How long does it take for Lip Leap orders to be processed and shipped?
Once an order is placed, it takes one to two business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. After shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. The package typically arrives within 7 business days from the shipping date.

How should I take care of Lip Leap?
Lip Leap products are crafted to the highest quality standards. To ensure the longevity and comfort of your underwear, please observe the following care instructions:
- Washing: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softeners.
- Drying: Air dry your underwear to maintain its shape and elasticity. If you must use a dryer, ensure the temperature does not exceed 70°C (160°F) to avoid damaging the fabric.
- Storage: Store your underwear in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
- Handling: Handle with clean hands to avoid transferring oils or dirt onto the fabric.
- Maintenance: Inspect regularly for any signs of wear and tear. Replace when necessary to ensure maximum comfort and hygiene.
